I'm brand new and have waited 18 hours for the registration email to be sent. I've read others having problems receiving the email via hotmail so I also tried sending it to my normal account. I have checked junk mail folder. Others seem to be having the same problem and it might just be a coincidence but this seems to happening while the alleg server is down and being moved (the one to get training). Is it possible that there is a script on the downed server?

The academy website serves the "user manual" for the game, and nothing else. The servers used to log in and play are completely other machines.

Have you seen this? http://www.freeallegiance.org/knowledgebase/entry/12/9/

I hope that solves your problem,

Thanks for the quick reply. I sure have seen that post and tried everything listed. It is almost like the script that sends the registration email is not working. Can an admin manually send it to me?

What domain do you have the email provider from? It's the name after the @ sign.

Update: Although I have tried both mail providers listed in my last email, over and over I have finally recieved the registration email for the latter. There definitely seems to be a problem with Hotmail, come to think of it I registered for another online game that said they had problems with Hotmail. I don't know why all of a sudden my home email account worked but my advice to others with the same problem is to keep trying every few hours by hitting the following link and putting in your email address (something@emailprovider.com).
