It should have been executed on the 30th or 31st, and would have ended up being a very classy way to remind everyone not to take the interwebs so seriously. Instead, a decent premise with a botched execution on a community that still reverberates with similar acts of (serious) lunacy in the past creates bad blood and unintended consequences.

No, it was pretty damn incompetent. And I flew for both sides, so yeah.
Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
Incompetence does not equal a "good, even game".
If both teams are equally stupid, it doesnt mean they are even, they are just both stupid. Stop trying to say that because of this "joke" that the games were "better". Any given week has the same amount of game types as we did this week. Simple.
