Geez I actually saw something for a minute but it went away in like two seconds. That's what I get for trying to squint to see something on a computer screen.

About your idea (The DM core). I think that would require a code change (as stated above in several posts). It is a very creative idea however.

I though about DM settings when people talked about olympics. To make DM fun, you'd have to redesign a lot of things and find a bunch of workaround. But even if you managed to fix most of the flaw, DM still won't be as fun as conquest.
