I think Tontow has a lot to learn and probably shouldn't be commanding the main game but I have to say since I've been back playing more I don't see him begging for the command seat on the first opportunity like a lot of people do. If no one steps up to command themselves then they have little room to complain when someone less experienced does. Every commander gets tired of commanding eventually. If you don't want people in the command chair that are still learning then you gotta step up every once in awhile. Waiting for the game to start, jumping on a team and screaming like a child because a miner is idle, then mutinying the commander doesn't count.
Agreed on that.mcwarren4 wrote:QUOTE (mcwarren4 @ Mar 11 2008, 04:51 PM) I don't see him begging for the command seat ...
But its still - Vet opponent commad and (stacked) vet team against. I had been more confident to a less skilled command on the other side OR smaller teams with not 20ppl sitting / Main or Not.

Where is the Bar?
Equal number of players, established com versus unestablished com. The established com spots the unestablished com 25% helo in an attempt to get a balanced game (and it's semi meaningfully Helo, whatever that is). The unestablished com still can't manage a victory unless HEAVILY back seated.
That's the bar. IMHO. It's fairly low. Try not to trip over it.
If you see me trying to join a team with the most vets, I actually am anti-stacking.
