As a commander, having to repeat your self, either from the team not reading that chat, or because some new players joined after you said it, as well as your chat getting flooded out before it can be read, it would be nice to have a panel that allows you to put up a number of objectives, a person can respond to one of these objecteves by using somthing like [designated objective selection key] -> 1-5
It could look kind of like this..

The screen would have a comm set message as well as a command linked to it.
I would not recommend this for active commands such as defending a base, but for more passive long term orders such as to keep a particular sector probed.
Only the commander would be able to place objectives in this panelm, all others would go to the generic objective handler
