make ur own chat packs?

i know theres a way to do it. theres no way miner could type that fast, when he was spamming the same sentence repeatedly today.
i would like to make my own vc. it doesn't have to make noise. i just find myself saying the same things over and over again in games and theres no vc for it.
does anyone know how to make your own chat packs? do i have to add the vcs manually through the tygereye chat pack source and compile over it? or is there an easier way?

When you make a VC, the other person must have the same pack in order to see the text/hear the sound. For this reason, you cannot make a pack "i just find myself saying the same things over and over again". If you are still interested in making another pack (Yay R4!) I'm sure someone can point you to some useful threads.

quickchat.mdl and sounddef.mdl (which can be done via Wordpad, notepad, etc)need to be edited to make your own VC's.

It's relatively simple, but if you have something listed in your VC list that someone else doesn't have, then they won't even get the text message or hear the accompanying sounds unless they have installed it as well, otherwise they get "Unknown Chat" (which can now be muted to prevent unknown chat spammage from custom chat packs).

edit: beware of missing or incorrect punctuation, a ',' somewhere it's not needed or where it shouldn't be will cause the Exception Access Violation error.

you don't need macro's to hit as little as 2 keys really fast, like `4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4`4

I'm thinking that even though I would be the only one that could hear it, it would be satisfying to 'ys a commander telling a team how much we stink.
