Missile cam is only cool on a Dest with Hunter-Killer.

I think Bacon is confusing "Missle cam" with "Kinky cam". /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

Watching a Hunter-killer own its target is kind of Kinky I guess...

i think that it is only useful when your having a dogfight because you can see if someones chasing you and which direction etc also when boosting (or being rammed) it doesn't vibrate.

3rd person view is useful when you practice dogfighting. You can do it a few times with differnt ships to get a hang of the shape of it and try evade bullets and missles as well as other obstacles (Mines, Proxes). You cant shoot very well because your ship blocks your sight and boosting makes it worse, but you learn how to handle the ship. I spend like 2 months entirely in 3rd person and it helped a lot. I can only recommend it.
