Launching Problems

Hello, I'm Experiencing Launch Problems. I Can Login Fine, But Allegiance Won't Launch.

I've Already Tried Changing All Options, But I Still Can't Play.
I Have Windows XP Home Edition (Because Vista Is Totally Crappy /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":lol:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />) Service Pack 2
It's An HP Computer & Windows Media Player Will Not Work (This Could Be The Problem.)
I've Tried To Fix it But I Can't. This Is The Main Reason That I Think It's Not Working, I Have Dial-Up!

Did you install the MS VC 2005 runtimes?

Do you have drivers for your sound and video cards installed properly?
