Good point about the raw firepower of rix hvy scouts. Also an SR one as someone mentioned.... gives it even more potential. I've never flown a rix hvy SR scout with accompanying enh/adv figs but that would be cool.

GT and IC are the most unremarkable heavy scouts.... having an extra slot, or more ammo, doesn't really compare to the rest.
Bios : sneaky
Belters : very fast and can use anything
Dreg : fastest ship in the game without booster I think , plus missile boost
TF : packs a heck of a punch, duel nans
Rix : Mini-ac galore with bigger range
Giga lux : full AC turret, huge cargo space (36 ews 3 probes anyone?)
Nix : just cheesy
IC : more ammo, huge sig
GT : extra slot, slightly harder to kill

Sooo, no surprise to me IC and GT are bottom, It's only fair really when they have two of the best interceptors in the game (there's anothe thread topic right there)

For offence/defence (killing basically) Rix range, speed and handling pwn also if it is an sr look at the energy you have to rip in those figs!
But when you are bombing tf is better by miles becuase they can moubnt 3 nans! when you have a hoard of hints attacking or when an aleph is proxed to death, the bomber hull is unbeatable.

Unforutanelty TF can only mount 2 nans, and to use em effectivly you have to store your gat in the cargo if FF is on (and you dont want to waste energy).

Also the two nans really arent that amazing, all the nans still suffer from the lack of energy and in the end the hoard of hvy ints will always win.

The upside of TF nans is simply the fact that they are agile, and their plasgens are great against the rushing defenders as they merely need to come into range to take damage, rather than fly into mines.

Dual nans, combined with huge plas gen clouds and preferably ac2 or ac3 on the bomber... can beat a bunch of hvy ints. Sure I still wouildn't put them as favourites to win the battle, but they have a good chance. Again, better on the last version of DN - the reload time of plasgens got doubled.

Eh, Luxury Scouts take the win. with a full AC 3 gunner it can take on anthing, and with a 4.4km range its a walking pulse probe, Ive taken out Heavy Ints in them, and not noobs either. The only scout that can beat anything smaller then a capital. With its massive mine payload and mind-boggling speed, a few of these can take on anything.

In my opinion, anyway.

I plug in an air freshener there now that the espresso machine is built in. But I got tired of having the lighter plug rolling around, so I sold mine.
