i know there are many very good comms out there, and they all exel on different aspects. If anything at all i could add, would be a 'formalization' of the categories involved in commanding:

1)Faction/tech knowledge
2)Miner micro management
3)Economy macro management
4)ability to inspire the team
5)situational awareness
a-premonition
b-ability to pull emergency maneuvers to counter what he couldn't stop
6)propper use of unorthodox methods
7)unpredictability
8)ability to balance defense and offense by taking advantage of the map and settings
9)flair and personal piloting skill
10)reputation

Ahhhh, there are quite a few good comms in the game and aarm is definitely among the top(he pulls all the whores on his side automatically when he comms too!), but the most fun comm I ever had in my 5 years playing this game has been DA SPIDEY....
