Actually no...
if your campus assigns your computer a public IP address and is blocking Allegiance's port, you can change the port Allegiance uses by using DXPort.
You may need to experiment a bit with it to find a port that isn't blocked.
However, if your campus is assigning you an internal IP address and is translating your internet packets through a NAT boundary then you will be unable to play Allegiance at this time.
