I looks like the delay is right at the beginning... 1183 ms is almost 1.2 seconds. I'd look at what might be causing that delay at your end. I'm not familiar with the other games, but if they're like Alleg, which relies on the timely arrival of data, I'd say you've probably got something at your end that is routing Alleg differently than the other games. Are you going through a proxy? Perhaps a satellite or wireless connection?
