As far as I know, that's wrong (and always was, you just don't have to reconfigure your router anymore).

Although I remember to have tinkered around with it once, I don't remember how IP Masquerading works, so I can't comment on that.

Not very important, but maybe you can remove that item next time the installer is updated.
