The folks over at multiplayer.co.uk are having a huge LAN party this weekend, and are planning on playing Allegiance. They expect around 1000+ players to play on their dedicated servers connected to their private LAN lobby.

If you're arriving from the LAN party, welcome! If you're having technical problems, please visit our Technical Support wiki for quick answers, or post in our Helpline forum if you have direct questions that you couldn't find in our wiki.
To our community - if you're available tomorrow, please pop into the Helpline to see if you're able to help any of the players there. There will likely be a large amount of help requests for their LAN game, so any help you can offer is appreciated!

After the LAN game, if any of you wish to stick around and play Allegiance with the rest of our community, you will need to switch yourselves over to our servers. To do this, visit this page for instructions on how to point your computer back to the Allegiance servers.

Here is some nicely condensated information about central, essential parts of the Allegiance gameplay -- part of this comes from the Beginner's Course for Allegiance, CDT-I by BlackViper. Actually all of this content is BlackViper's, with due credits. The more you read the better you will fare. Try to read at least the items in bold.

Game mechanics: Objective of the game - Economy system - Killbonus and respawning - Fog of war: the signature
