The loads out are complicated by the tech tree's but I am sure if can be figured out. I do not have any immediate plans to personally work on it but would encourage one of the other devs to pick it up.

Most of the changes I ask for are fairly simple to implement.

Working with someone else's code is almost always a pain, but the more familiar you become with it, the easier it becomes to add simple things.
