Well, I updated asgs, and got a shiny new intro screen. also, C++ was added, but as soon as a log into the lobby, I disconnect violently. It happens, and it appears to auto log me off ASGS. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING on?

Though I noticed that the message on the board did say in game to check my version. It also wasn't updated until august, giving me a newer version than was required.. I'm very confused about this.

Oh, it worked fine until I had to update. *grumbles*

Any ideas anyone?

i run XP sp2 on an AMD 2400 sempron with 768 MB, Nvidia 5500 and Sound Blaster card.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

when the ASGS connection is set to directplay:

the game kills the internet connection and I have to redial again.

every time.

never get in.

It all works with R3 and beta did this once in a while

Is this still an issue?

Servers are up now ... and it appears to be working, per Radar, in directplay ....
