Help me :failed to connect to lobby

hey

i just downloaded this game and updated everything .When i try to find the game lists to play online it keeps saying failed to connect to lobby .I don't know what to do ,By the way i have both windows and router firewalls disabled

Then let me say before you get too frustrated: Allegiance is not for you. It has a very steep learning curve that truly requires you to spend time LEARNING it before you even begin to have fun.

If reading a bolded announcement placed at the top of a forum with all-caps letters screaming "READ ME FIRST" is too complicated for you, then you should quit now and go play solitaire.

I'm sorry - I over-reacted.

It's very rare that the ISP is causing this problem. 99% of the time it's a misconfigured router.

If you're using a router, you need to tell it how to forward Allegiance to your computer. Take a look at the solution for "Cannot connect to lobby" in the knowledgebase - it has a lot of the info you'll need.

Other than that, if you're still having problems please tell us what router and modem you are using. The easiest way is to copy/paste the template that we ask for in the Read Me First.
