Yes, I was wondering this myself
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

My apologies.

IRC sometimes peeps get banned by 2 allegs at the same time and thus get the wrong ban time (2 times autoban), is this automatically corrected and by whom because I think i've seen peeps get banned like this and noone fixed it.

The entire world is not "Black and White", it is not purely violations or non-violations, there is a middle ground, and there is room for interpretation when it comes to banning people.

If you're worried about cumulative ban multipliers kicking in, then perhaps you should avoid the grey areas entirely, rather than attempting to lawyer your way around the RoC.

Having served my bans for your so called "Grey Areas" the bottom line is you get banned when you break the rules. Don't break the rules.

Example: Do not lobby ban BoG when there is an @alleg right there, even if he is hostaging

I think people who repeatedly get banned, should be given a choice. Ban or CASH! The admins do not have time and do not get paid. They should not have to deal with naughty little children who like to push boundries. I think fines should be instituted to help pay for servers and such.

"3 times and it's cash" You stay banned until you pay.

That seems impossible to do: you can only lobby ban someone on NOAT and you can't hostage a server when you are on NOAT /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Dude... you DO NOT want the people imposing bans collecting money from the bans! I was in New Orleans back when the cops were taking pay offs for speeding fines and parking tickets, it's not fun (no clue what goes on there!).

FAO Newswire Newsflash:

***************************************

There was a run on the Central @Alleg bank today. It was the proverbial 'run for the money' as thousands of the playerbase attempted to join the ranks of @Alleg. It seems a new twist to the gaming rules allow @Alleg's to 'game' the system. By simply applying bans to nuisance pilots an @Alleg can quickly build up enough cash to buy a 2nd home.

"What's not to love?" asked veteran enforcer Finger@Alleg. "This job has paid crap for years. Two of my twelve children had to stay home from school to work on the farm just so we could make ends meet. Now, I can send them to Harvard!"

While the @Alleg's enjoy their newly found wealth and problem free gaming environment, others have expressed their dispapproval of the new measures. "ENFORCEMENT IS CHEATING! FACE THE FACTS!" exclaimed one disgruntled player.

Veteran pilot and professional 'grey area' skirter known simply as 'TheSerb' had this to say. "%@#& it. All I said was 'hey you $@*!^!#$ jock strap smellin' &$@#^@'. As nicely as I could. I had to sell four $#@^& goats to pay off the @Alleg thugs just so I could get my $#^$@* interceptor back so I could $%^!!(# some stuff up." Reportedly he has built up massive fines with speculation being as much as $1 million USD.

Some question the conflict of interest in this practice. @Alleg Duckwarrior commented, "Yeah, I know I just said the other day, blood in, blood out, but money is what makes the world go 'round. Keep that meter running old friend. Sorry Serby, pay to play... now where did I put that mail order bride catalog?"
