Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
Dunno about cadet exams, finished my first cadet course end 2004 together with idanmel, dengaroth and stuff. I think they have a relative good knowlegde about the game (atleast i hope so after 3 years).
I myself took a relative long break, so I am retaking the cdt thing, bassicly to improve my other skills then just whoring. Would be a good joke if I pass with 80%.
