basically, its a page with allegiance time on, for simplicity it would be UCT so if you know you're UCT+7 then you are CAT+7. then organise all events on CAT time. then you can just look up the page and see that the event is 3 hours away.
they system could then be expanded with SLs and event zone people being able to add events to a calender, and then servers could be made to look up the db and announce things like "PK vs XT squad game in 1 hour on this DN 4.60 squads 1"
