WRT Bans

The message is quite clear:

Do: Take some time out to consider how it came to be.
Do: Consider the nature of this multiplayer community, and the reasons behind it's ban policy. (Or any MP community, for that matter.)
Do: Remain calm.
Do: Remain calm (yes, that's twice).
Do: Remember that MP games aren't the 'be all and end all'. Go for a walk in the park. Buy you girlfriend flowers. Talk to, and get to know your neighbours. Help someone. Travel to unknown and distant lands in order to better yourself... (you see where I'm heading with this)
Do: PM BlackViper if you think there is a problem regarding the nature or circumstance of your ban. (he's the 'top dog', as it were) Just make sure you're coherent if you choose to do so.

Do not: Rant.
Do not: Create a furore around your ban. This will only serve to increase the disdain towards you.
Do not: Whine (sorry, but people do). See previous point.
Do not: Feel that the Alleg community is shunning you. It isn't. Once a ban is served, everyone is glad to see you back.
Do not: Give up MP gaming as a result of your being banned. (We're all human idiots... these things happen)

Without rants there would be a shortage of humorous reading material. I need my daily dosage of idiotic, incoherent, ill-thought out ranting. I need to be able to make fun of them to feel better about myself. Huzzah for therapy w00t

The auto generated ones are dry and lack drama, what the $#@! do I care if your cat scratched you and now you are infected in the private area(well ok, that one would be comical). Now bitching over being booted or banned, that's just good times.

Speaking from my voluminous bannage experience, being banned sucks when you dont have anything else to do.

otherwise, wtf ever, go play something else.

I take my ban time to go play other games that I have put on hold because my allediction eats into all my time.

that also being said, seriously, if your ban is f'ed up, say something about it.

(please note, that it is my opinion that the current system under TE and BV is working very smoothly, and I have few to none complaints since october 13th '06)
