Good idea's :-)
If this were implemented though it would be great if there is a toogle in the options menu where default minimap and radar state can be set.
On older systems which run 800x600 or have FPS problems the large minimap will collide with the software hud display. The same with Radar mode all, slight fps hit and all the info takes too much place on the screen.
Of course it would be ok if these menu settings are by default set to 'large minimap' and 'all' radar. :-)

This has nothing to do with R2, of course, but it would be nice if you could chat while asking to join a team.

Is it possible to put ranks in the F6 screen? At game start you can try and balance and during the game a noat can figure out where they should go (assuming they give a crap) but a comm trying to control the stack doesn't have access to the ranks while accepting through f6.

Make these optional if you put them in. I am happy with the default.
