Ok,
Everytime I touch any key once allegiance is up it logs out. If I only use the mouse or joystick its fine.
I uninstalled and reinstalled had to do it twice and then it worked fine. The next day it was the same thing. If I touched a key it logged out.
So I uninstalled made sure to delete all old files etc. Did it 7 times with tons of reboots. Still same thing this time. If I touch a key it logs out.
I used a fresh download of the game. Actually d/l it twice to make sure I got a good one. I did every update microsoft had to offer. Still same thing.
This is the same computer I have been using for the past 4 years. I haven't added anything removed anything etc.
Nothing has been changed on my computer since I played the time before this began. I did updates on Norton and scanned and found nothing. I used http://www.trendmicro.com and ran a virus/malware/spyware/adware scan with them as well and found nothing.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I can give any further unformation necessary.
Game logs out everytime I press any key
I have to say thats one of the strangest issues I've heard of. I personally have no idea why your pc would log out when you push a Key. QUestion is it a specific key, and have you downloaded any updates recently on your PC which could affect it. By updates i mean allegiance updates.
Also are you using, Duke Nukem Voicechats ?

The ASGS logs on my end show Biohazard logging in correctly, and then logging out correctly. Whatever is closing his Allegiance.exe is on his end. It sounds like some form of corrupt installation.
One thing that comes to mind is, every keystroke makes a small "tick" sound. I bet it's a .wav file somewhere in the artwork folder. I wonder what would happen if that .wav file were missing? Would Allegiance silently ignore it and play no sound when a key is pressed? Or would Allegiance crash with an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION?
Have you tried reinstalling?

The Allegiance community currently hates their sysadmin because he is doing: [Too Much] [____________|] [Too Little]
Current reason: Removing the PayPal contribute page. Send Bitcoin instead: 1EccFi98tR5S9BYLuB61sFfxKqqgSKK8Yz. This scale updates regularly.
Missing sounds will not crash Allegiance because they aren't there. They just are skipped over.
Plus this tick is only played while in a game or maybe in the lobby, but not elsewhere. I assume you crash out in the introscreen right after starting allegiance if you hit a key?
I had suspected a key mapping/code mdl but I tested some out and wasn't able to ever crash on a key press.
