Nanites = DM10 on DN 4.60:

100% on medium (bomber)
75% on heavy (frigs)
50% on extra heavy (cruisers)

Because cap hull was boosted up to 166% (compared to Alleg 1.25). You don't need nans anymore, they are cheesy enought. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Um... more hull only hurts exp, they don't get the goodies like Hunt 2 and Dis 3.

Nan healing rates scale on Caps in sync with Mini/Gatt dmg output, which is why you're supposed to use Dis/Killer weapons vs capships.

this is why it's a "odd way to balance" because it doesnt take into account the "targetting":
Small ships never miss when firing at a big ship but turrets miss a lot vs small moving ships.

Balancing is about adjusting 'time to kill' vs 'time to be killed'.

reminder: Ints have 'medium' hull and Skycaps/ACs have 25% dmg reduction vs "medium" hull...

I'm not sure where you think the balance point should be. It sounds like you're proposing that ints should have a harder time killing capships than they already do?

yes at least nanned capships.

And it's not like ints have a hard time killing them atm.
