cant connect too lobby

when ever i try too join the game lobby then it tries too connect too the lobby for a few seconds then says "failed to conect too lobby", plz help? info below vvv

Sound Card (Make and Model#): dont know
Connection Type (Dialup, Cable, DSL, other): DSL

Router (Make and Model#): errr... whats the differince?
Internet Service Provider(company name):bellsouth
Location(State/Province/Locality, and Country): chuluota FL, USA

Even the mods need sleep. Some earlier than others (because they live in Europe).

That part is crucial. Tell us how you connect to the net. Check the boxes your ethernet cable goes into. Write down all the brands and model names, until the cable disappears into the wall.
