I locked the sticky so stick comments here or elsewhere as you see fit.
Regarding an alias for #help to #list, good idea.
AFAIK, the negative energy fix should not effect the solar inverter at all as this fix just doesn't allow your energy to go negative, 'negative' drain (or recharge) rates are still fine. As ash said, the negative energy was causing some odd behavior in some circumstances.
comments to change list
As we have all discussed in this thread, we need to make certain changes to the auto-balance system.
Did we come to a consensus that Pook's proposal was the way to go? Can these fixes make it into R4 (so that auto-balance might be used more often)?

I have a pretty good idea of what we settled on (I think /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> )
As far as waiting for R4, I'd like to release it soon, as in two weeks™ to make way for something else coming down the pike that will take a little more time to test. But realistically, it will need to be on beta for at least 2 weeks to make sure even these small changes didn't break anything.

I wrote a patch for it. It needs a bit more cleaning. I just happened to forget about it. I will resend it soon /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
