Something happens in a week?

Long time no see!

Allegiance is definetly a great game i enjoyed playing a year or two ago, now i suddenly wanted to come back and play it again... Well, if before it was hard to get a game going when its evening here (GMT+4), now its just.... chance = 0. I see zero games going on!

I played for about a week non-stop, i am now (5), i can reliably win dogfights vs people of my level, i hope i understand how to scout and probe, but that i cannot be sure, well, answered the quiz too (all pages). So, will my app be accepted into Cadet II?

1) How do i learn to aim with a joystick?
With a help of a fellow forum member i am now starting to use my Saitek X52 in Allegiance. I heard people play this with joystick on competitive level, but i am having not that good results. To say it this way, with mouse it was easier.

What should i do next?

I am trying the saitek fix right now, the link to the joystick dll and autohotkey file seems to be broken...

Also, PPJoy seems not to work at all. I followed your instructions but when you say to click modify, it is greyed out. And by default, i set up all keys as you said, but virtual joystick ...

About keybindings, you misunderstood me, its not that i complain that i dont like his keybindings, its that his keybinding file differs from his keymap picture. Thats what i was talking about. Not a matter of preference - but a mistake that can (and should) be fixed ...

I actually kinda feel that playing this game with a joystick will be a problem since it requires so much mouse action...
But if it makes targeting easier then yeah i'd love to play with my x52

1) How do i quickly know if the tech floating around is useful or not? I think bothering my commander every time is really not a good way, and i often find alot of tech around, and i dont know, if i have to carry it to base right away, or pick it up and drop later, or ...
