hey i am new, and im trying to play Allegiance but im getting the Error this thread is discussing

considering SP1 came out before i knew about Allegiance i installed it

i have no problem uninstalling Net 3.5 (as long as i can install it later if needed) but i can find any Soultion to do so ...
