yes I have .net 1.1, hotfix and sp1 installed

It's been so many years that i've had this computer, but I'm pretty sure it is a genuine and legit copy of Windows.
I have .net 2.0 with it's patch, and .net 3.0 also installed... however I didn't have them installed when first trying to run the game, I only installed them after uninstalling and ...

I'm having the same problem.
my .net 1.1 is up to date.
