I havent used Ubuntu for months, but my previous experiences with .Net framework programs and Linux distros would be to try to use a program called "mono"

abnormal installation of updates? try a full install with the latest setup.exe in the default installation folder etc.

Full specs plz? so i can do a full analysis

Ok all fixed Thanks, i needed to download the New Allegiance setup exe. i was stupid enough to think it'd live off updates forever. Thanks for the help everyone.

Ok i installed Net 1.1 and SP1 in Administrator mode and it seemed to take longer to install them both, so obviously that worked. but i still get the same damn Error Message

Installed 1.1 SP1 and STILL the same error, even after a Reboot. any way to make the client run in .net 2.0 or anything else? i'm really stuck here

Just a thought, Try playing in Windowed mode. when you open the game first up when it says "Training" and "Free Games" etc. press ALT+Enter and then try playing the game. it could just be your GFX Card

Seems i Didn't have the Full Re-distributable Net 1.1 SP1 but only original 1.1. am currently Downloading SP1 and still have a few more Ideas.

Note: Allegiance.exe itself Runs, Updates etc. and even does the Training Mission just fine. but wont go into the lobby (having not logged in) So i know the ...

Nope, Sorry no luck. I have tried the Font Fix and reset the computer aswell, nothing. Windows 7 See's Vista in the Compatibility list so its obviously a different OS like comparing XP to 98 kinda Different
