ASGS (Allegiance Secure Gameplay System) is the program that performs user authentication and cheat protection duties for Allegiance. It also provides error logging and chat logging facilities.

Get an Account

  1. Visit this page
  2. Read and agree to the Code of Conduct.
  3. Fill in the form.
    • Note: You are limited to 3-12 characters of only letters, numbers and underscores and the first character must be a letter.
    • Note: Make sure your email is valid. We will send you the activation email.
    • Note: The Callsign field is not case senstive: you cannot create the "POOK" account if the "Pook" account already exist.
  4. Click "Create Account".
  5. You will receive a validation email from ASGS@alleg.net. Click on the activation link.

If everything went fine, you can now proceed to login.

  1. Open the Allegiance link that was created on your desktop during setup
  2. Enter your login detail.
    • Note: The Username field is not case sensitive: all of "Pook", "pook", "POOK", "PoOk" will be accepted.
  3. Press "Login".

If everything went fine, ASGS will login within a few moments and you'll find yourself looking at Allegiance.

Alternative Callsigns creation

An "hider" is an alternative callsign that a player can use to disguise his identity, for example to rejoin a game you have been booted from. The procedure is very straightforward.

  1. Create a new account as you already did. It is not necessary to use the same email address.
  2. Log in with it.

If everything went fine, ASGS will recognise you logged in with this account from the same computer with which you logged in with your primary callsign and will assume the two callsign belong to the same person. The two callsigns will be linked and ASGS will treat them as one callsign.

An important corollary is: never allow familiars or friends to login on Allegiance from your computer! One computer per player.

Note: Each player is allowed up to three alternative callsign. Some categories of players are trusted with more callsigns, though.
