The error: "Unable to assemble key" occurs when your computer hardware is not properly communicating with ASGS.
If you are using Windows Vista, you may be able to resolve this error quickly by trying one or more of the following:
- Make sure you are running Allegiance as an Administrator
- Try changing the compatibility mode. Others have reported that setting it to Windows Server 2003 resolves the issue. If this helps you, please let us know in the Helpline.
