There are various Allegiance-related IRC channels on the Quakenet servers. To access IRC channels you need an IRC client like mIRC; Firefox has the ChatZilla browser extension; Opera features a built-in IRC client.
You can connect to Quakenet and join one of these public channels:
- #FreeAllegiance, the official FAO channel, lead by ImmZ
- #RollingThunder, by far the most active and populated squad channel
- #SteelFury
- #SlipshodRM
- #GermanBorg
- #PalidorsKnights
- #alleg-wildcards
Webapplets
- jIRC on German-Borg.de
- PJIRC for #RollingThunder
- General use IRC applet (may be able to get around port filters)
