I have the 2 crashguard reports he sent me, so We have All the Information about his computer/internet we could want. We have his real name, his IP block, His Email, AND his PLAN. 
If anyone has any infomation that we could use to make a fix for what ever it is he is talking about, do not hesitate, tell us.
