I am also having this issue. It seems to have started for no apparent reason to, I've not installed new firewall software or anything.
EDIT: Even outright turning off my firewall does not solve the issue.
No servers on lobby?

it happened like 10 or 15 mins ago
Somehow all two gameservers went offline, so to lobby was empty.
ATM both gameservers are back online.
