You people who use the cheats must really suck to have to resort to these cheap tactics, publicly available or not. I have no mods, so i guess that if i get podded by any of you, i will know that its truly not skill, but a form of cheating.

There is a point to be made in the above post but PLEASE don't do it in a fashion that is pretty much guaranteed to turn this thread to @#$@. A reasonable discussion can be had here if you don't @#$@^ it up.
Take the above to rants, but even there I suspect this line of discussion will end up in a locked thread.
There is a line to be drawn between mods that might be considered 'cheating' and different people will draw that line in different places, but that leaves a LARGE area on both sides of the line.
Some mods will be perfectly fine, like 'skins' or music packs, others might be considered cheats (making dreg stealth bombers or htt's in general bright pink for easy targetting in a furball) please respect each other's points of view.

I dont think its cheating cause its free for all to use.
Similier as we all can get differant fighters and weapons on our ships.
To me if these mods are cheating then so are differant weapons and ships we could just use one type of ship.
