parcival wrote:QUOTE (parcival @ Oct 23 2008, 10:15 AM) Did you checked the Allegiance logs?
Did you tried it without switching screens?
Do you have an ATI card?
I've posted before with my full details.
No.
Tried crashing without changing screens? Err, it doens't crash unless you do that.

something new I think..I have a radeon 4870..sometimes after I pull up a menu while flying, I get vertical white lines that appear on my screen. They are like streaks that are left from when then menu closes and slides off the screen. I am at work, so I can't post a screen shot. I will take on the next time it happens. The only way I can get them off my screen is to re-launch the game.

Doesnt run for me (Allegiance exited with code: x5c9b035fed62d487).
Windows XP SP2, nVidia FX5200 (175.19 forceware drivers). I see Kap has the same adapter so, I'll do a rollback to 163.71 and see what happens
Edit: No, rolled back to 163.71 forceware drivers and still no luck . Crashes on launch, with or without asgs (Allegiance exited with code: x5c9b035fed62d487). I use the settings recommended in first post.
[Windows XP Home SP2]
[nVidia FX5200 (163.71 forceware drivers)]
[DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)]
Edit2: Reinstalled Alleg, and it's working. (maybe sth wrong with one of the mods?)

For those of you that are crashing with the Alpha have you tried the R5 beta? Your problems may already be fixed and if not we need to focus on the R5 beta and not the alpha.

Hey, not sure if this issue has been discussed before:
While I am using the DX9 Alpha Test Allegiance.exe, the Technoflux 'AB Cannon' bullets are invisible.
---------------------------------
Processor Speed: 2.21 GHz
RAM: 2 GB
Video Card (Make and Model#): NVidia GeForce 8400 GS
---------------------------------
Is it possible to fix it by modding the bullet sprite?
