So I overrode the brandnew files again? Will they AU back in?

No, but you can delete filelist.txt in your Allegiance folder and that'll trigger an AU refresh and sort you out.

Energy generator has "Successor: 39" which means that it's replaced by sig2 as soon as you research it.
While the concept of giving rix tac scouts a sig cloak with hvy cloak duration is interesting (if mostly useless), I assume that this is NOT intended.

k, the community core looks good, but ...
... the ability to use special missiles you find under shipyard - am talking about the anti-capital-ship one beside swarm - is restricted only to destroyer type. I have not seen them in use in a decent sized game, people prefer to use swarm type of.
