And a Re-read for Terra, Iv highlighted the key words for you /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

The green one means scouts as in the scouts you start with, the red word means my preference. I am happy I could clear this matter up for you.

Scouts baby, scouts. Even in you inteceptors, no probes means you are gonna see where those enemy bases are to hoor on. Seriously, scouts are more useful to the comm then any other ship, are they not?

how often do you hear com say NAN the Con, or NAN the bbr, or NEED PROBES in xyz sector, vs. how many time you hear comm say hoor it up.

Also, with enough reasonably clued in scout pilots, you can break a camp on a base with mass proxxing. Count to three, exit base, drop prox, head to int and drop more prox and shoot missiles.

Badda Bing, Badda Boom.

In an int you don't need to see bases. Just fly from He rock to He rock and kill miners.

So, by basic ships you mean scouts, fighters, lt ints, and lt SFs? Of those 4, the most awesome must be the scout.

Scout is my favorite ship. Lower on firepower, but most versatile. You can stop the enemy, find the enemy, attack miners, defend miners, attack bomb runs, defend bomb runs, etc.

Sure, other ships can do it better, but only the scout can do it all!
