So, July 14th, 2002. That's 7 years, 8 months or so?

My PK website account creation puts me at July 08, 2002. I know I played a few months before I got into PK. So... nearly 8 years I guess.

Since I started playing, I finished high school, went to university, finished university and got a job.

bought allegiance in april of 2000. didn't play from 2003 to 2006 i think?
was 35 now i'm 45. fun game...good community.

I seem to remember playing on the old MS lobby until it was completely de-populated because I had some issue with ASGS, but I can't remember what it was exactly.

Started playing early 2000, can't remember when exactly, but I do remember the free month because they charged my credit card and then credited it back the following month. Can anybody remember when the free month was?

If I already posted in this thread, sorry:

I want to say I started in late 1999 during Open Beta. Found it at www.downloads.com while looking for free stuff with my first internet connection. That 65 MB installer took forever on dialup. Stuck around a little after MS pulled the plug. Never really read the forums, so didn't find out about SOVRoute until everyone else had been using it for months. ~2002 Computer got hit by lightning (stupid dialup phone line!) and I was MIA until fall 2003.
