This is unlikely.

A friend of mine and me went to a two weeknroad trip. We stayed for four days in New York, we were lucky with the weather, we had two days of sunshine. After NYC we went to Boston via Cape Cod. From Boston via Portsmouth, White Mountains to Lake Champlain, down to Philadelphia, what a ugly city. From there via Daleware and Norfolk to DC. The Secret Service didn't allow us to go to the White House, because Marine One was aproching. Overall it was a nice two week trip to the US. We were able to see alot.
