It was not a good idea from Dutch military to call home using Balkan cell towers with their own cellphones. Home front got spammed by English callers with a Russian accent who asked them what their family was doing.

Anyways the powers that be applied some rules to prevent this.

This warning is almost 20+ years old.

The history of open-source Allegiance is paved with the bodies of dead code branches, forum flame wars, and personal vendettas. But a community remains because people still love the game.

Well, the Dutch army camp in Rukla, close to the Russian border, the road is made of recycled Russian army barracks asbestos mixed with sand. The men are reassured the risk is nihil. After all the army scandals I am surprised they still have men.
