Howdy, everyone. I'm know I'm new around here but I'd love to see a forum topic where we can propose meetups and such.

not a bad idea! in the meantime, you should aim to get online at roughly 3pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Saturdays and especially Sundays for some decently sized games. Other than that, there are some smaller games happening weekday evenings (EST)
