I can connect to every other server. Can't connect to east 1.
"couldn't begin authorization: Duplicate request"

I say your post so I thought I would check.
There are currently 2 games up on East1 and I was able to join both servers.
I don't think I have ever had the error message you got but it might be Steam.
I had an update to Steam this morning and had to relaunch so that might your issue.

I opened a new steam account and it logged in fine. Something about the "Duplicate Request" makes me think that the server had some "ghost" of me still registered being there.

Yeah I figured it was probably a Steam issue.
Glad you got Allegiance working again.

Restarting Steam fixes that "ghost" issue. If not, rebooting certainly will. Been there, done that.
