I shouldn't have to hotfix anything again hereafter now that I know how to ensure my changes actually save within ICE.

Correct core version now live on servers and the patch notes in the opening post (should be) completely accurate in describing it

all TF figs still have leads. I don't really have an explanation. It wasn't supposed to be in the core to begin it was just a thought and I reverted it immediately and then it ended up live anyway and now now i've reverted it multiple times but it keeps not saving into the core file and not ending up on the server.

starting to get mad

will try to push up timeline on my bios/sy changes in rc03 so I can push another release and try to revert tf leads for the 3rd or 4th time.

I fixed it again and checked it 4 times. Sent it to BT. Hopefully he gets to it quickly.

Still waiting.

rc_02e

tf leads will be properly limited to adv tf figs
pt bbr lightning reload speed fixed
also basic bombers will no longer relay lead indicators, but heavy bombers (And htts, large cons) still will.

I'm not sure why BT gave me his email address for "faster responses" because it still takes the same amount of time as it did before (2-4 weeks) to get a response to anything
