Allegiance requires the Microsoft API DirectPlay which is no longer installed by default in Windows 10 (or 8 too I believe). You have to install it by opening control panel (http://www.isunshare.com/windows-10/7-ways...windows-10.html) and then click on Programs followed by Turn windows features on or off.
