I only found out about this game because a friend heard it in the middle of some obscure 2 hour long youtube podcast, got the gist of it, and knew right away I'd love it.
First of all, the game $#@!ing sucks. The graphics are lousy, animation is limited, it's hosted on some piece of @#(! called BYOND, takes a week to learn to play, and the interface is dated and buggy.
However, those things aside, this is, to my knowledge, the most in-depth multiplayer sandbox I have ever $#@!ing played.
This game is about on-par with Dwarf Fortress in terms of complexity and depth, but less ASCII graphics, set in space, and with multiplayer (15-50 players usually)
Here's a list of jobs/antagonist roles, each one leads to a guide so you can get a better idea of what they actually do: https://tgstation13.org/wiki/Jobs
Also, the youtube videos for the game are cringy and suck and don't make any sense unless you've actually played it for a while.

Saw this game awhile ago. Gave off this Town of Salem/Face of Mankind meta. Looks cool as $#@!, but I have no interest in picking it up.
