P1 vs DR

^Phoenix1@CDT (Dreg Garr) vs *DeathRedner@elem (TF garr)
1.25/1 on Constellation

-I call for 6 scouts, get some names, get people feeling like we're going to do this SG style
-Get team together go high
-Notice they're going high too, someone suggests we push
-Notice we're dreg with enh cons and lt ints so do it
-DR's op walks into a nest of lt ints waiting for them
-Miners are idle because I'm not paying attention, order them to mine and have blacksun and djole sit on them to swat any wandering scouts
-Force is supposedly in Yellow's mumble channel while also completely failing to obey orders.
-I order my guys to get guns on their ints and just whore it up in the enemy garr sector
-DR starts pming me about how he's doing a bad job commanding, not sure if he was asking for a draw?
-They resign, lasting 5 minutes longer than fedman

If you want some constructive criticism I'd actually set you up to crush me with IC. Instead your choice to go TF meant that you were doomed from the start.

Yeah but I was wholly unprepared for the entire thing. I haven't commanded a couple months.

I didn't ignore orders, so much as take a whopping 15 extra seconds to pick the nan2 up I was boosting to before you gave me the order

And I wasn't on the enemy mumble, cuz I was listening to you

TE just got confused, afaik, heard someone on his channel say I am going to kill TE, just as I swooped in and podded him, apparently. Which couldn't have been me because:

1. I just got a mike, I haven't got it set up and everyone keeps telling me it gives feedback so I keep myself muted.

2. I definitely can't aim and talk. Even at TE

And then my power went out for an hour and a half. No chance to clear the air, no vindication, and no big $#@!ing game. So I want your condolences, not your condemnation!

Other bits missed include my debate with myself over which direction is forward and when I told people "I don't care how bad a shot you are, there's a billion of you so just point your guns in the direction of the enemy and hold down the fire button" when explaining how I only wanted 6 scouts despite a whole pile of people who either weren't great in ints when they did play and/or hadn't played in ages.

It's a painting/drawing of a Ninetales (one of my favorite pokemon from back in the day) from a collection of original drawings by 151 different artists of the original pokemon. There are a handful of them I really like (Pidgeot, Electrode, Diutto) but this one by Michelle Romo is actually one of my absolute favorite pieces of art ever. The piece is done mostly by simple shapes overlapping and basic symmetries. It manages to convey a sort of serene grace and there are these subtle breaks in the symmetries of the piece that really accentuate certain features of it.
