Free Allegiance Forums

As GitHub has all the goodies in one spot, I followed Imago's lead and made a FreeAllegiance organization on Github. ACSS and Allegiance R8 code is there with my modifications for R8 into FAZ. I'm still working on the beta server setup. We ran into some server constraints on FAZDev, so I'm making other provisions now. Once this FAZ/R8 build is done, I'll submit a pull back to Imago for inclusion into the AZ codebase, and we'll sail on from there.
