My new 290X doesn't go along with Allegiance.
Even in the hangar screen I am getting micro frame drops from 60 to 20 FPS.
At first I thought that Super Sampling, which I enabled in my driver was the issue.
Even with SS turned off the issue still stands.
Any ideas?

Nope. It's off.
Anyway, the issue sees to have resolved itself.
I have no idea how.
